A login is required to register a school for the Healthy Youth Survey and to access district and building results.

AskHYS logins are provided through the OSPI Educational Data System (EDS) and managed by District Data Security Managers.

Logins For School Staff
How to get EDS access to HYS provides detailed instructions on how to request access from your District Data Security Manager. Contact information is available here: https://eds.ospi.k12.wa.us/SecurityManagerList.aspx

Logins For Community Members, Researchers, and Parents
Contact the District Superintendent to request access to the specific district and/or building results. Explain who you are, your purpose of accessing specific district and/or building results, and how the results will be used. Once you receive permission from the Superintendent, use the How to get EDS access to HYS instructions to set up an EDS account and request a login.
