Registration for the 2025 Health Youth Survey (HYS) will open in the coming weeks. We apologize for the delay. The HYS will be administered in October 2025 and registration will be open until June 30th.

Once registration is open, details will be posted on the HYS 2025 Information page and the Survey Coordinator Portal(login required) on the Resources tab.
